1. Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

During limited drops, sale periods, or high order volumes, dispatch timelines may extend slightly.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.


2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines begin after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, regional restrictions, or unforeseen logistical delays.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST as per Indian regulations.

Please note that shipping charges, COD handling fees, and platform charges are non-refundable.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial COD

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Partial COD on eligible orders.

Under Partial COD:

  • Customers pay a small advance amount during order confirmation

  • The remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery

Please note:

  • Advance payments made for Partial COD orders are non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery

  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be restricted from placing future COD orders


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared through email or WhatsApp.

Customers can use the tracking details to monitor shipment progress directly through the courier partner’s website or app.


6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details, including complete address and contact information.

TRICI will not be responsible for delivery issues caused due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the order

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, additional re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged, Tampered, or Lost Shipments

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we request you to refuse the package and contact our support team immediately.

In case your shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, please notify us within 48 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the courier partner.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural calamities

  • Operational or regional disruptions
