1. Easy 7-Day Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.
To help us assist you smoothly, please make sure the request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item should:

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Have all original tags and packaging intact

Be returned in the same condition as received

Not contain stains, perfume, damage, or signs of usage
We kindly request customers to keep the product in its original condition until the return process is completed.
3. Exchanges
We’re happy to assist with exchanges for:

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative solution.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us with:

Once approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
In most cases, we arrange a pickup for your convenience. In rare situations where pickup service is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the parcel to our designated return address.
If self-shipping is required, we recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products marked as final sale
Products that are used, washed, altered, or returned without original tags/packaging may not qualify for returns or exchanges.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in cases where:

A wrong product was delivered

The item received is damaged or defective
Once the returned product passes inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Note : Pre-order items are made to order; therefore, all pre-order purchases are final and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.

Reverse shipping or handling charges may be deducted where applicable
For eligible non-defective returns, refunds may be issued as store credit.
7. COD & Partial COD Orders
To ensure smoother operations and minimize failed deliveries, we offer Partial COD on eligible orders.
Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
For Partial COD orders, the advance amount paid during checkout is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at the time of delivery.
8. Quality Check & Approval
All returned items go through a quality inspection once received by our team.
Returns or exchanges may not be approved if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions mentioned above.
