1. Order Processing and Dispatch

- Processing Time: We strive to dispatch all orders within 48 to 72 hours from the time of payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the following working day.

- Delivery Estimates: After dispatch, your order will be handed over to our trusted logistics partners. Delivery times typically range from 7 to 10 days depending on your location, local transit conditions, and the timely acceptance of the package at various checkpoints.
- Delays and Exceptions: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, factors such as extreme weather, logistical challenges, public holidays, strikes, or other unexpected events may result in delays. 4. Delivery Location and Address Accuracy
- Serviceable Locations: We currently ship orders across India. If for any reason your delivery pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly.
- Address Accuracy: To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide accurate and complete shipping addresses, including landmarks if available. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of ordering.
5. Order Tracking

6. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages
- Damage or Tampering: If you find that your package has been tampered with or is damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and immediately contact our Customer Support. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
- Non-Delivery: In the event your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to our Customer Support. We will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
